Immediate family has purchased over $100,000 in new Volkswagens since 2006. Love them all to bits. I just bought a 2015 Golf Highline and love it. Chris was my sales guy and he was so cool! However I am experiencing paint issues with my Golf with the clear coat on the front bumper peeling. I realize that if my claim is denied by VW, the dealer is not the one who is to blame, as VW of Canada makes the decision. I hope it gets approved because if it doesn't, then I know how well VW Canada values existing customers OR they don't like the idea of me hand washing my pride and joy. Dealership alone? Fantastic. I know a ton of the staff and they are super nice people. I'd be proud to work for a dealer like this.
