My husband and I recently had very poor experiences here. When we compared stories we realized that it was the same person each time that we saw. He went in with a skin infection that he's had previously and knew he would need antibiotics. He explained this. The person who saw him was a nurse practitioner and stated "I don't know much about your condition but you shouldn't need antibiotics follow up with your primary care". Followed up with a PC when we could finally get in (after a week and a half in significant pain and progression of the infection), antibiotics were needed and should have been prescribed at the Urgent Care visit. I went in earlier this week very sick and described my symptoms to the nurse practitioner who explains that I must have seasonal allergies for the first time in my 37 years without examining me first. She rushed through a quick check of my ears in throat and lungs and give me a few prescriptions. Still not feeling well find out that I actually have strep which should have been visible at that time. I will never ever visit this location again and I will also tell all of my acquaintances and family members not to go here as well. This place is a joke and you're better off waiting to get into your primary care and visiting literally any other doctor ever.
