Worst ever. Called fifteen minutes prior to confirm they could print out four 5x7 photos. The gentleman on the phone said that if I didn't have a flash drive, I could come in and email the photos in to their email, and they could print them. When I asked how long it would take (you know, to plan my day) he said it would be immediate. Fast forward a few minutes to me driving there and walking in, waiting in line at the copy/print area. My turn; so I ask what email I should send the pictures to, for printing. Jennifer in the printing department needs a lesson in customer service. She belongs in the back, at home, or absolutely anywhere else. She has no place being in front of patrons. Bad attitude, no empathy, no smile, a big sigh when she saw me waiting.. She said she wouldn't be able to print these photos for a few hours because of a job she was doing, and had been doing since this morning. When I explained that I had just placed a phone call to avoid this EXACT situation, she shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. She didn't offer me any other options to print out photos, simply that she wasn't going to do them. No apology, no taking responsibility for the staff's error, nothing. Not upset that they couldn't do it, but more that there is obviously a big lack of communication and knowledge, not to mention a person who lacks the basic skills of a customer service. You need better people to keep customers coming back. My office is within a few miles so I try to keep the business in this area. This is the third issue I've had at this Staples within two months. I'll gladly make the drive to a competitor after this. Last straw. Consistently horrible.
