Great location! Close to downtown and plenty of shopping and good eats right outside the hotel. The train station is located around the corner and a 24 hour convenience store close to the hotel which makes it extremely convenient to pick up stuff. The train really makes it easy to get around town.
The beds were on the the softer side but the most important thing is the rooms are clean. There is still construction going around the hotel so the outside area can get a little congested.
I didn't get a chance to use the gym in the hotel so I can't comment on it. The lobby area is extremely busy since this is also a convention center.
In a nutshell the hotel is great with valet parking. There is a parking lot across the street that is cheaper but I would recommend Just using the hotel valet .You can check in-and-out as many times as you want and just call the valet 10 minutes before coming down and the car will be ready for you.
I would stay at this hotel again because the location is just perfect for everything and close to all major attractions in the Toronto area.
