I took my 2 kids to see Dr. Sietter for about a year and a half (2 years old - 3.5 years old and 0-15 months). The only reason I took them here for that long is because Dr. Sietter is a decent doctor. The front desk personell are rude and look annoyed that you are signing in. A different person collects the money after the check up. That person gave me a balance and then later, I got a bill for the co-pay. It turns out that she just collected for the immunization while I was there but forgot to collect my co-pay. The physician's assistant does not likes kids. She does not have any symphathy for the child getting a shot, she does not smile and also looks annoyed when weighing them in. The billing department is the one that made me stop going. They had sent me a bill on 2/16/15 regarding a service date in December. When I called to ask about it, she treated me like I had stolen her money. She said that she was going to take me to collections because it was passed 60 days overdue. All I had to do was call my insurance company and tell them that I did not have any secondary insurance. I will not be going back.
