I purchased a deal from this company on Groupon for some Air Duct Cleaning. When I called to schedule, they said they only had appointments available over a month in the future - I purchased the deal in March, and was forced to schedule with them in May. After waiting over a month for my appointment, they called me the day before the scheduled appointment, and told me that their technician had quit and they would need to reschedule me several weeks into the future. Very lousy experience, extremely poor customer service - the people I spoke with at this company were extremely rude and had absolutely no regard for my needs or anything that I had to say. I have requested a full refund of my Groupon purchase, and would caution anyone from having any association with this company.
