While in Vegas, we took the time to visit Lake Meade and Hoover Dam. We parked on the Arizona side, a long walk on a steamy day downward to the Bridge. A truly monumental human achievement. Stand at the middle of the bridge, straddling two time zones, and appreciate the grandness of the structure and the view of the Colorado River. Worth the visit if you are in the ara.
