This is my first time at the downtown location and I was amazed by its aesthetics - from the marble tables to the lighting fixtures to the just glowing Milkshake Factory sign. There's more seating here than the south side location. Although the sign outside could be bigger so it's easier to locate haha. The service is really friendly and nice. I'm not sure if they have the whole menu as they do for the south side location because the menu hanging here didn't seem like it included everything? The interior was just very clean and crisp, you could maybe even study here since there's more room to sit.
