The service is horrible. The lady at the front desk is very rude and is not where it should be for Ono Hawaiian Brand standards. I ordered just spam musubi, it took 25 mins (not exaggerating) to get my ordered. It seemed they prioritize customers ordering over the phone versus customers in the store.
