I freaking love this place. I love to read, and I can shop away guilt-free in this "used" book store. It seems most of the books that I purchase are brand new but at a great discount. I frequently stop here before Chapters. If you like classics /older best sellers /Oprah's book club type stuff - this place is for you.
I have heard people say the customer service is bad. I think that is just people being sensitive when they wont buy your used book. I often hear them giving "the speech" while I shop. They want books that will sell, not your old travel guide from 1986. They have always been helpful and nice when I needed help navigating the stacks. Super handy, never change, never stop. (Props to the guy with the monocle for really living life.)
