I'm giving the benefit of the doubt by giving this place two stars only because it is Easter Sunday... to start it off we knew it was going to be a little packed but, after waiting 20 minutes in line with one order taker at the counter, by the time WE got up to order another worker FINALLY jumped on the other side to take orders...how rude?! You had a line out the door for 20+ mins to then finally realize "oh we better jump on the keep the line moving"...Now the food we ordered wasn't the best. I got the sunshine sandwich and my fiancé got The Phoenix omelette. The sandwich I ordered was overly greasy and the hash browns that came with my meal were cold. I don't think I'll ever go back because this was my first time here and the customer service needs to be revised. If you see that you have a line out the door then maybe have another employee jump on to take orders instead of making people stand in line for 20 minutes to then get the bright idea to have someone help take orders!!! At this point, for the amount of money we spent I would've rather went to Cracker Barrel or Snooze for better service.
