My experience here began like a train wreck. On my initial walkthru there was stinky cat odor (they cleaned the carpet), cat hair all over, dirty blinds (they replaced most of them), damaged windows (never heard back) filthy range/oven, fridge, toilet, sink, tub, floors. I have photos of it. I had movers coming with my things same day and had no choice but to accept the apartment in this ridiculous condition. The unit also needed basic updating. The updates that have been done are not quality. At the time I moved in I started house hunting. There was no way I could stay for a year. As mentioned, be careful of personal safety in the neighborhood. I recommend asking to see the exact unit you'll be renting if you are concerned with condition or neighborhood. The staff was not outright rude to me, all apologies came only from Shane. To be fair, I was given a discount because of the condition. However, it was completely unprofessional to provide a unit in such poor condition. They didn't offer a cleaning- which it was too late for anyway. My family came to help me clean bathroom and kitchen, floors, and dust out closets and cabinets. Good luck to future residents.
