This store needs a kick in the butt- no one will help you . Example - Called on a Mon morning 7 am . Got Alex the supposed store manager - Explained that 5 yrs ago purchased 2 maytag microwaves under the counter ( one for our house one for mom) mine after only 5 yrs and less then 60 uses ( not big on nuking stuff) I was reasonably pissed ( add to that just replaced a maytag frig that started on fire after only having it 18 mon) I didn't want a maytag product ! Asked if 2 cubic ft microwaves where the same dimensions across the board and did they have any thing similar in cost and dimension to a UMV brand that Lowes carried. He stated he would look into it and get back - never did. Ok bought a microwave from Lowes and got GE for under 150.$ . Next we where re-rocking the front yard . Hubby saw online that they were having a black friday in lawn and garden. Went over on Wednesday to see if what I wanted would be on sale - no one knew their was to be a sale and the only person who did have a clue stated " you need to be here when we open at 6 am and they don't even let me know till that morning what will be on sale " ........ Well got there at 7 am - the rock I needed was gone - and I ended up going to another HD on power and superstition dr. Thought 12 bags should do it - didn't . Went back to HD on McKellips as online it showed they had 146 bags available . Asked for help couldn't help me as 2 cashiers couldn't leave their posts or look up the rock I needed . " Just go look your self" - didn't see it and the 2 cashiers where not busy doing anything. Went back to HD on Power and Superstition dr- hot ,tired and yes mad. Here again this wonderful attitude of .... MMMMMMMMM I really don't want to help you- could you do it your self? Asked for another 15 bags but only had 8 - at this point - yes I lost it . A word of advice to staff - keep your sarcastic remarks to your self - or come over and install a microwave and rock in garden - then let see how you feel. To Eric in customer service -as I predicted - no call from anyone. Well Lowes and Ace will be happy . The sad part of this is that customer service or serve less is learned from the management - so this should tell a lot about the management at these stores.
