I am NOT recommending this company. I thought everything was going well on the loading end - they were moving very fast (that should have been a clue). We kept them an extra 2 hours to get as much done as possible on day 1. I told them numerous times if they need more blankets to let me know and I would go get more as I did not want my furniture ruined. They even said they had blankets they would sell me and I told them use them if needed I will buy them. No problem. They said they didn't need to. Fast forward to unpacking day. Again I hired someone to help. As the furniture came off the truck, there was not one piece that wasn't scratched. Every piece they loaded has marks on it. I even had a wardrobe collapse where they loaded boxes on top that was too heavy. I called the company 2 times. The first time I told my story to the lady that answered the phone and she told me to tell Katherine and she would have her call back. No call back. 2nd call, I was told there is no recourse as we signed that there was no damage loading and that is all they are responsible for. I was again promised someone would look into it and call me back. Well, I'm still waiting. The men we had unload at this end said if they loaded a truck the way this one was they would be fired. I guess lesson learned. I could even live with some of the damage but I absolutely HATE being promised a call and not getting one. Very poor customer service.
