So i just spent 100 dollares on parts and i had forgotten that i have a rewards program with this chain so i went back to return the used oil and inquire if any points hab been crrdited to my membership. Wow, first i watch Alexander try to upsale a lady accessories for her new battery, when she said no, he pressured her even more and then said " no problemio" when said again said no, this lady was not happy with response. On my reward points, Jordan could not check without my card and offered no other help. Time to go elsewhere.
