I did a pre-paid rental here. DO NOT USE HERTZ. Ever. I waited 15 minutes for anyone to show up at the desk and when they did arrive they told me my rental had broken down. I had rented a Suburban and they told me they had a Rogue available with no discount or refund. In order to receive the the discounted rate for the downgraded car I was required to swipe my card which would have resulted in a hit to my credit score. The staff was clueless and the manager was no where to be found. Go somewhere else.
