If I could give it a zero, I would. I am incredibly unimpressed at the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service at this establishment. I have been here on many occasions, and unfortunately, it has been the same experience each time. After spending at least 15-20 mins or more in the store browsing, and actually looking to buy shoes and accessories, I have not even been acknowledged by the staff with a greeting or asked if I needed help. In fact, today, I was in the store and as I wasn't helped by the staff, I tried on the sample size they had in the store hoping that someone would assist me. I am truly disappointed, and would think that if they expect customers to shell out $1K + on shoes, they would actually be courteous and provide basic customer service. Shame on you.
