Property manager contacted them through warranty company to fix washing machine. Took them 2 days to come out to look at it. Said they needed to order a part. It took them 3 weeks to get part. They kept saying they had trouble getting the part. Without washing machine for 3 weeks. Scheduled time to put part in between 1 and 4p. Still hadn't shown up by 415p. After property manager called said they would be out within 15 minutes. When they arrived the service tech started taking the dryer apart. I had to tell him it was the washing machine. He had no idea what he,eas doing. Don't waste your time with this company.
