I just stood in line for 20 minutes to get a burrito I didn't even like. 20 minutes to find out they were "out" of everything I wanted. What am I gonna do? Walk away? Forget it. 20 minutes and I'm invested. But how can you be out of rice? How can you be out of shredded beef? Maybe put that on the door so I don't waste my time.
