So up until today, I had always gotten top notch, perfect customer service. Never a complaint the year I've been using this branch. Again I say, until today. I forgot my wallet (thus no debit card or ID) and happen to get the teller that doesn't know me. I've done this before. I only need $20 just so I didn't have to drive 15 mins home for my wallet just to turn back around. Well, I get up there and barely get out the words "I don't have my ID" for the teller to say 'then I can't help you' pushing the withdrawal slip back to me. I just stared in shock and she said 'sorry'. Not sorry at all and I was furious and just left. It was beyond ridiculous because I know they can verify me other ways just for 20 bucks. For a teller not to be able to second think it or even one up it to a manager? Unacceptable. 2 star deduction for today's service, but still a 3 overall because like I said before they're usually great, but in a time of need, they couldn't pull through.
