This is by far the worst service ever. These people will take all your money and do nothing to the property. We moved into a house on 1745 Mt Hood. This house has a leak from the master shower that runs to the downstairs that we reported. Never got fixed. They want you to pay for everything like it's your house. They are crooks! We gave them 1800.00 dollars for deposit and they said we owe them 466.00 they racked up fake prices to not give me my deposit. I will be taking them to court. They don't want to fix anything at all. I left the house just the way I found it! And there charging me for items that was damage before I moved in. All they do is Just collect rent. Don't give them a deposit or sign a lease until you have a lawyer look at it or read it line for line. Renter Beware.
