I first met Kim years ago at another local studio. I felt connected with her immediately - she was engaged in the workouts, positive, cheerful, encouraging and REAL. Oh, and also REALly funny (be prepared to laugh)! There's no shaming or blaming when it comes to ability level because she's not about making people feel uncomfortable (although you might be sore after getting your workout on... but that's totally a different kind of uncomfortable, right?!). Anyhow, if you're looking to switch up your fitness routine or spice it up like chex mix, do yourself a favor and give Kim a class or two or 10. I think you'll thank yourself!
