Just Like Molly experience. Lies and poor follow up. Very Disappointed in the lack of integrity, ethics and service but great lip service. I would not recommend this place to a golf cart driver.
Chris is ineffective and inefficient. Failed to check the basics as I requested. He did not write anything down and failed to follow up terribly, still haven't heard from them in 3 days since last request. The customer is obviously not the priority and we keep you as the company in business but we can stop this behavior by not giving you our business. The Manager was helpful and protective of his team as he should, great job there but I do not validate or cover up poor performance as a Leader and neither should this Manager. Once again, if you did not heed Molly Review this is your last warning..Go somewhere else and I guarantee the service will improve when their revenues drop!! Ridiculous
