Wish I could give "NO STARS". We purchased three, 12 pc. Place settings of dishes in bisque at Macy's stone town store. When the where delivered to our home in Las Vegas today, we opened the boxes only to find out that the dishes shipped were gray. What incompetent people. No wonder why Macys has so many issues.
Second part of stupid;
So we took the incorrect dishes to the home store to exchange them for the correct ones. When we got to Macys we looked at the correct color and did the exchange and also purchase additional dishes to go with the set. Talk about stupid, when we got home we had the damn gray dishes again. The associate gave us the dishes that we returned with the additional purchase. Now we have to go back for a second time to return the wrong dishes again. These people at Macy's are so incompetent is almost funny. Retail workers need to pay attention to what they are paid to do!!
