Disclaimer I did not stay here but my experience is convincing me to switch from PH to The Bellagio. Came to Las Vegas for my significant other's birthday with a lot planned, and I walked out of the house without tickets I paid for to see a show. PH (the hotel I usually stay at) charges $7.50 for 15 minutes of internet use with $1.50 for each print. A bit ridiculous, the resort fee is should cover internet use just as it does with wifi. Anyway, my significant other gambles at the Bellagio so I thought I would ask them for help. The Bellagio instead charges per the minute for the amount used, rather than a set charge. Andrew at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help us. Rather than pointing us to the direction of the business center which was our initial question, he helped us print out our tickets right there at the desk. It may have been a simple gesture, but he took a lot of stress and worry from me. Makes me consider my hotel choices as we stay visit Vegas frequently. Thank you Andrew for you're simple but exceptional customer service. It is really appreciated.
