Giving this place a 1 star review is being generous. University Pointe is a ROACH MOTEL that needs to be shut down. It is disgusting. No matter how clean you are, you will see bugs scatter every time you enter a room. When we moved in, the girl in the front office said they had an exterminator come spray apartments every Friday and if we ever wanted our unit sprayed just to let them know. We called and wanted to be sprayed about 6 months ago, and this was never done.
The walls and foundation of this place are literally crumbling. It will be more beneficial to pay a couple hundred more dollars to live in the apartments across the street.
The model apartments are so deceiving to how the apartments actually are. Don't fall for this place's tricks.
We moved out today and I'm so happy. The worst apartment experience I've ever had.
