First, I woyld like to say that I have been coming to this establishment for some time because their employees provide good customer service. However, as of today (November 25th), I can no longer return as a customer (see attached pictures).
About one week ago I returned about 7 shirts because they were unacceptable. When I went to pick up my shirts today, with the exception of one, they looked like they were never touched in the first place. In fact, they looked like someone had slept in them.
I wonder if the owner wears his/her shirt like that. Unfortunately, management and the owner(s) do not have any pride in their their work product, very sad.
