I don't like to write bad reviews but this bank is horrible. I moved here last March from the Midwest and I chose BoA because my roommates used the same bank and I thought it would be easiest to exchange monies using the same bank. When I went to open my account they no longer offered the type of account my roommates had so I asked the personal banker what my other options were and informed him my main reason for this account was simply to move money to my other accounts, transfer rent money, etc. He put me in a business account. About a month later when I went to transfer my rent money and move money to my other bank....I couldn't. I set up another appointment to see what was wrong and they informed me I could move money from this account because it was a business account!! What?!!! That is the MAIN thing I needed this account for so I had to open another account to move money around... Now I'm getting charged for both accounts. Every time I make an appointment it takes an hour or longer to figure things out and most if the time none of the issues are really taken are of and usually passed off to some 800 number. I'll be looking for a new bank. I wouldn't recommend this bank from my experiences.
