I have been a customer of Mom & Pop's Cleaners since working at NVCI formerly across the street at some point around 2009-2010. Ute and Susan have really been the only two faces to this place since its opening. Ute left several years ago, but Susan is the person holding the fort there on most if not all days of the week. With a dry wit and knack for juggling the unique personalities and idiosycraies of the Summerlin population, Susan is knowledgeable and experienced in the laundry/dry cleaning operation realm. Just ask her or point out extra stuff you might need and she will do her best to accommodate. Susan is quick to remember faces, names, clothes and life stories...her heart is good and she is interested in you too, not just your clothes. This gives my experience with Mom & Pop's a family feel. Prices are a bit high, but the work is consistent over my hundred plus times of having stuff cleaned here. Clothes, comforters, alterations, back-packs...they have handled most of the items in my home and closet. I have been happy with their care. But in the end, it is a dry cleaner and looks like a dry cleaner. It is conveniently located next to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf too.
