overcharged for installing a fan.
it was over 200$
but it's OK because he wrote a bunch of random numbers on a piece of notebook paper (I wish I was exaggerating) explaining how it added up to over 200 dollars.
There is no POSSIBLE way the fan was more then 20$ so unless this guy thinks he's God's personal PC builder his time is NOT that valuable sorry.
lesson learned, always get a quote and some sort of honored amount in writing before you just hire someone to do something.
As nice of a guy the employee was, fact is he can be a total wheeler and dealer if he's short on this months rent or whatever the reason was to take advantage of someone like that.
