This is odd... When I lived in California I would avoid this chain as in SD we had so many outstanding Mexican restaurants and stands. But since I've relocated to the QC I crave Chipotle. This is the closet place I can at least enjoy Mexican food. The whole beans are what keeps me coming back - D-lish Their beans are whole, as they should be-not a mushed up mess of re-fried crap with fillers, their rice is fluffy and with great cilantro flavor. The chicken is tasty, moist and tender. I usually get the salad (sans dressing as it is caloric!) and get a side of one of their yummy salsas for dressing. So until a real Mexican establishment finds its way to Charlotte, I will stick with you my new friend. Thank you.
