DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I was greeted by the manager who said we could look at products and would help us if we decided on a phone. Half an hour later with 4 other customers and their families, there was no sign of any workers. I discovered they were all in the back room. One of the reps said someone would help us and I complained that we had already waited for some time. "Ivan" came out with a big attitude and stood there arguing with me right from the start. 2 minutes later he finally asked if we wanted another sales rep to help me and walked away as soon as I asked for his name.
What a shame. We were actually going to upgrade our phones for my whole family.
The incident happened on Friday, Jan 30 after 7pm.
The customer service was just TERRIBLE! I will never go back to this location!
