Like many other reviewers, I found this place on Groupon, and then followed up on Yelp. I called Denise this morning to inquire about an awesome Groupon I saw - $65 cut and highlights or color. She was not very nice on the phone and cut me off- saying that I needed to call a different number for Groupon... which if she had taken a minute to listen to me, she wouldn't have realized I was actually calling to make an appointment with her. So much for customer service..for this reason I will not be making an appointment, because if she was this short with me for the immediate appointment setting, I can't imagine what my appointment would have been like.
It's a shame- the salon looks great and that Groupon would have been awesome.
