Seriously this place is outta control. I ordered and paid for contacts on Nov 20, its now Dec 27 and they still have not come in. When i called last wk, i was told to come in for a new trial pair. No ETA given for contact order. Not apologetic at all. Asked for a refund so I could go to BJs instead and was told I'd need to come in person for refund. Absurd.
There is no sense of customer service or timeliness in any respect. I will say the Dr is good, professional and quick but everyone else is just hanging out.
