I would NOT use this law firm ever again after my experience of retaining them for my workers comp case. Initial visit the staff are attentive and helpful. After I signed to have them represent me, I felt the service became poor at best. It was near impossible to get answers in a timely manner. For example, I would leave multiple, and I mean multiple phone messages, or send 6 emails begging for a reply. My rate of back pay owed went by the way side, as well as the vocational retraining compensation. I never received either, despite being told that I was entitled to such pay. I signed a document stating what my settlement amount would be, and that I accepted this very specific payout. When my check arrived, it was $1,200 short of what my acceptance letter stated and agreed to. Once I FINALLY got ahold of the paralegal, not my attorney, I was told that the office made a mistake calculating their fee, so my check reflected the mistake. Long story short, my experience was a confusing hassle with extremely poor service!
