Pros: friendly staff, new and nice kayaks/quality equipment, beautiful lake, good value. Cons: none? Jared, the staff member we mainly dealt with, was very laid back and a pleasure to deal with. We were running a little bit late for our two-hour rental time-slot and he started our time when we actually got our late-butts out on the water anyway. He gave us some good tips on where to go to and common places to visit while paddlin' away as well. Go Kayak AZ was prompt on returning calls, answering questions, giving tips and letting us know about some neat and free upcoming events to check out. Both staff members that were working were very respectful, friendly and cracked a couple of jokes, so that didn't hurt either. We went on a Friday morning/early afternoon when it's slower so we had a lot of the lake to ourselves. Was really peaceful and definitely relaxing. I would recommend going kayaking in this area to anyone, but would suggest giving yourself 3 hours or so to make sure you can really paddle out there a bit with out feeling rushed as there are some neat little bays you can look for interesting rocks, driftwood and the like that you can take home to turn in to decorative pieces or just souvenirs to take home. **My girlfriend is generally not a water-person and isn't that into athletic activities so this was a first for her...and she hasn't stopped gushing about how she "can't wait to go back!" and "can we buy some kayaks now?" so I'd say she was more than impressed too. If you like to kayak and don't have your own, Go Kayak AZ on Lake Pleasant. Smile Tons
