A fan of Whole Foods in Washington DC, New York city ( old and new) and a regular shopper in Yorkville since it opened, I was thrilled that Yonge and Sheppard opened near my new home .The first week was great, but now I find the ignorance of the people who work there, their rudeness and diva behaviour, their shrug the shoulder instead of an apology, insulting and unacceptable. I really do not believe that the red-headed girl who claimed to be the manager could possibly have that job. I still l love Whole Foods and since I exercise by the downtown store, I will continue to shop there. A little ridiculous, since there is a W.F. around the corner!
I don't think the people in charge know what is happening there or they would not allow this kind of behavior against a long time customer.
