Omg I will never go back. I went to the spa for my facial for the first time but as soon as I got there the so called manager at the front desk and the girl cleaning the pedicure area got so upset with me. I had had a long day at work and was so looking forward to the facial. They both got upset with me that I had not given them my cell phone number. When I had called for the appointment I asked if I could come at 3:15 as I finish work at 3:00, I was told to come at 3:30. I got there only to be so disappointed with the way I was treated as I didn't give my cell number. I am unable to pick up calls at work and I was told to give a phone number, she swore she asked me for the cell number. Anyway I will never go back to people who treat me so poorly. If the was a zero for the starts that's what they would have gotten. I asked who the manager was and guess what it was the lady who was shouting at me .....really which idiot hired a manager like that? No wonder the people under her talk the same way. Go there if you want to get abused by people who have no customer service skills what so ever.
