It's happened again! For the third time in a row. My car has been complete and sitting in the parking lot and I've been in the waiting room for LONGER than the estimated completion time. I get up to go look and there my car sits, completed and in the parking lot and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME or come to get me to get my car. I will no longer use this dealership for anything and I will go out of my way to tell everyone about my horrible experiences (3 in a row) and how each time it happens, managers and service advisors fall all over themselves to tell me it won't happen again and then it happens. Pathetic.
