I can't say enough about this place! I had originally booked facials for 4 of us, my sister, mom, aunt and myself. It was a mothers days gift for my mom and aunt. The day started out crazy and stressful as driving the streets of Toronto on the morning of Mother's Day was a nightmare. I did not realize that two major streets in the city were closed. After two hours (for what is normally 25min with traffic) of driving we finally made it to our appointment but we were 45min late. I was so annoyed and upset as I was really looking forward to it. When we arrived the staff were amazing, they knew we were going to be late so as soon as we got they they got us into our rooms for some pampering. They for sure extended our time as we should have been finished by 11:15am but it was definitely later than that. I also had expected them to charge me for the facials I had booked but they only charged us for express facials which we really appreciated.
Now for the facial. I have never had a facial before but it was absolutely amazing. After all the stress of driving and being late I felt so relaxed after. I had Isabella who was absolutely amazing. She also made some great suggestions for my skin.
I will for sure be returning!
