Great workout and scenery on lovely Lake Las Vegas! This was my first time on a paddle board, and it exceeded my expectations. You can make the workout as easy or strenuous as you want, but it does require balance and use of muscles that probably don't see a lot of action! If you get tired, you can sit on the board and drift.
