Definitely won't be my first choice again. First time client there and I wasn't too impressed with the care they gave. We called in advanced and informed them of our situation. Once we got there we were told to call poison control that would cost roughly $65-$70 JUST FOR ADVICE!! I was told "they are the experts at this, if the cost is going to be a problem I can see of the Dr. is ok with you not calling them". The cost wasn't a problem, but I just paid for the visit fee, for you to tell me to call the hotline because they are the experts. I called in advance, why wouldn't they tell me to do that from the beginning? (Money is why they didn't tell me that). I'm glad my dog was seen in a timely manner, but the knowledge could be better. The information brought back to the families could be a little more detailed. Other options besides call poison control while we're standing the the emergency would be a start. Probably my last time coming here.
