If you are thinking Sisley in Ajax, think again! We recently bought a new Sonata and our experience with the service centre has been terrible. I do have to say, our sales rep was fantastic, although not fully knowledgeable about the dealerships services. Now, you might be wondering why a brand new car would need to be in for service. Seems odd right? Well the sunroof button was out of whack, which thankfully isn't anything huge, but Sisley's lack of service managed to make it monumental inconvenience. When we bought the car, I specifically asked if the dealership offered a loaner service, so if we ever did need service, getting to work wouldn't be an issue. I was told yes, which is not true. The dealership uses a car rental place, which is not on the premises AND they make the customer pay for it. If we knew this upfront we would have not purchased a car there. Our car has been in four times now for the faulty sunroof button, and each time they have sent it back to us claiming that it is fixed (not the case), or, that they don't know how to fix it (odd) and to bring the car back. Inconvenient to say the least. What's even worse is that every time they promise to have a car waiting, so that we don't have to do the rental thing, and each time they've lied. No car waiting and extra time spent on getting the rental and then taking it back. So one star for poor communication and customer service.
