I called the Dept of Health to find out what was the status of my MMJ application since I haven't heard anything no text, call, or email. They looked up my information and found out that UMMC didn't submit my application .So, what kind of business is this, I went there the doctor was great don't get me wrong but the fact that not only was I charged the fee for them to submit my application that they didnt even submit it till yesterday. I'm a combat veteran with severe PTSD, and chronic pain. Now I went on March 9, my card expired on the the 18th of March, so it is the 31st and I have not received my card yet. Obviously, it's not they're problem that my family has to put up with me without my meds. I called them yesterday, and the dude that answer the phone looked up my info, and quickly said we would call you back, I knew already that someone has dropped the ball on this one. I recommended this place to my wife, good thing she didn't go there. I'm highly disappointed and I will make sure to tell everyone and blast it on the facebook to NOT bring your business here again. The doc was cool but her staff is going to messed up her gig if she's not careful. I would watch your staff to make sure they're doing their job, because this is so unacceptable. I will never come back again. Horrible, submitting your application people so don't do it.
