I usually love coming to this place -- this is my third time here -- I went on 4/9/2017 at around 1pm... The hostess was very friendly and seated us very quickly. We waited a good amount of time and our "server" never arrived. We asked someone cleaning a table if we could get someone. After some time, no one ever came to our table.
I saw TWO servers walk in and out of the kitchen multiple times (they didn't have food or trays either times). I can understand if the restaurant/bar portion was packed or super busy and having to wait a significant amount of time. Sadly, no one ever came to our table. This was the first time that I have ever walked out of an establishment (we didn't even have water). We left our menus on the hostess table and ate another restaurant.
I asked my friend this morning if she has ever had lunch here and she said "yes, but the service is really bad" and I didn't even tell her about what had happened yet. I gave this place two stars, because the food I have had there is actually very good. However, the service is something that needs to be worked on.
I don't think I will be returning to this establishment, until the service is improved.
