I called for an appointment late afternoon and had a plumber at my door right at noon the next day, on time. He (Andre) was courteous, personable and professional and had the job done in 20 minutes. No upsell or "you better change this (something unrelated) soon or else" tactics like we've experienced with other companies. This will be our plumbing company moving forward.
