I'm used to hearing "We don't have any blonde roast brewed. I can do a pour-over but I'll take a few minutes." Sure, I'll gladly wait. No problem. I'm not use to being handed the pastry still in the plastic wrapper, though _ Also, I believe employees are told to heat (or at least ask) if you'd like these to be heated. This Starbucks is super dirty to boot. Not the most welcoming space. Two stars for the good pour-over, though.
