Jessica is great, the rest of staff is horrible. My downstairs heat had not worked since November 2016. First tech who came out was a total jerk did not explain anything and basically took me I'm stupid. He told me things had to be up to code and coils need to be cleaned for a total of almost $500. My husband took care of those things. Santiago comes out last Friday of course it's raining and he says can't do it as units are on roof. He says he'll be back either Saturday or Monday. No one calls to schedule appt or shows up. I finally call them and they schedule for the 17th from 10-3. I have my daughter and husband waiting for so someone can be there. No one calls i call them at 3:05 and gold for about 10 minutes and finally the woman says no you ate on schedule for 1pm-6pm. Wow what a mess so i tell her I'll be home after 4pm but someone had to call and give me notice. I get home after 4pm there's a note guy showed up and i need to reschedule appt. I immediately call she says she will get tech out tonight. He shows up at 7pm of course it's dark and nothing he can do. He then scheduled for Friday at noon with only 1 hour window. It's suppose to train on Friday so i call to get appt on Called and complained
