Definitely did not have a great experience. The team showed up 3 hours late with some excuse about the truck not starting and the manager not giving them boxes. All in all, the move took 7+ hours to move a 1000 sq ft apartment which I think was probably because they charged hourly. When we first booked them, we told them we'd want them to pack everything, but we ended up packing like 3/4 of our stuff in the time that they were supposed to arrive but hadn't yet. I can only imagine how long it wouldve taken if they had to pack everything, too. 10 hours?
They "gave us a little something" to make up for it, but it really wasn't enough for the experience we had. One of the guys was taking 5-10 minute breaks to text the whole time. We hired movers because we thought they'd be a lot more efficient than us and it would be worth the cost to not have to worry about it. Really unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend.
