My friend surprised me with some paddle boarding for my birthday this weekend. Unfortunately, we were unable to do it because of the lack of customer service. Our appt time was 12:30 and we gave Kathy a call at 12 to verify our appt and where we were supposed to go because we were never sent an email with a map or directions. After texting and calling many times Kathy never gave us a call back. We went to each marina to see if they had seen her or heard from her, but neither one had. We spent an hour searching with no luck. I have found this to be the absolute worst form of service I've ever experienced. We heard back from Kathy 24 hours later with her apology and asked us to reschedule. No thank you, I will not be recommending your business to anyone.
